CIS is currently working on the connectivity issues affecting one of the VMWare servers in the stack they provide to us. A number of our internal services partially depend on the virtual machines hosted by that server, which has resulted in intermittent issues through the department.
During this time you may have trouble connecting your virtual machine and/or using your CS LDAP credentials. If you notice any other issues or have any concerns you'd like to relay to us, please email email@example.com.
UPDATE (9:45am): CIS has temporarily migrated the virtual machines to working hosts within the stack. This should return us to a working state, while they continue to debug the issue.
